DID = Quality

I have a DID O-Ring chain on my cruiser at this time. It currently has 21,000 miles on it and still looks new.
I ONLY lube my chains with WD-40 or a store equivalent. I have heard all kinds of things about using WD-40 and how it will destroy a O-Ring chain. I will never believe it as my chains last a very long time. I expect to get at least another 15,000 miles from this one.
When it comes time to change, I will be getting one of these newer DID chains. Why change something that is working so well?
